Administrative Assistant- Medical Staff Services (1.0 FTE- 40 hours a week) - Door County Medical Center

For more than 75 years, Door County Medical Center (DCMC) has been the leader in health and wellness for Door and Kewaunee counties. Our integrated medical center provides a wide range of specialties, including Primary Care, the Women’s and Children’s Center, the Door Orthopedic Center, Behavioral Health, General Surgery, the Door County Cancer Center, a skilled nursing facility, and rehabilitation services facilities among others. With its main campus in Sturgeon Bay and satellite clinics and rehabilitation services facilities in other smaller communities, DCMC provides expert care, close to home. More than 175 physicians serve on the medical staff.

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support for the Chief Medical Officer and Medical Staff Services Department. Experience with coordinating meetings, schedules, calendar management, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and data entry is preferred.  Experience working with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel and Outlook) is required.   The role will interact with leadership and medical staff on a frequent basis.  The department is a dynamic, professional environment that requires an assistant to have strong written and verbal communication skills, and excellent organizational and customer service skills.

Education Required: Associate Degree or technical training in a related field preferred.

Shift: Working 40 hours a week, Monday – Friday.
