About the Job

The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in the Field and Consumer Engagement Marketing division, representing the team with professionalism and integrity. This position involves handling sensitive matters with confidentiality while building positive relationships with colleagues.

Essential Job Functions:

Manage event contracts and ensure timely billing and payments.

Provide administrative support, including calendar management, invoice processing, travel booking, and meeting preparation.

Submit and reconcile expense reports.

Assist with special projects as needed.

Position Requirements:

High School diploma; Bachelor's preferred.

1-3 years of administrative experience.

Strong time management and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CONCUR, SAP, Conga, and Click Up is a plus.
