About the Job
AA Urology is seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual to work as the Administrative Assistant/Marketing Assistant to CEO, COO, and HR Generalist. The ideal candidate must be eager to learn, be creative, love challenges, and possess a pleasant disposition with excellent time management skills.
Responsibilities:
· Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and data entry.
· Maintain inventory of goods, products, uniforms, and marketing material.
· Placing orders for our satellite offices.
· Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
· Renew certification for providers and maintain an accurate schedule for renewals.
· Place service call for needed repairs to the appropriate vendor
· Assist with planning, announcing, and coordinating company events including contacting various vendors for estimates.
· Assist with coordinating targeted marketing campaigns in collaboration with our graphic and marketing vendor.
· Attend promotional invents and manage table, also door to door canvas with providers, as needed.
· Provided creative ideas for various projects.
· Other duties as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time (Mon-Fri) 8-hour workdays

Experience:
· 2 years in an administrative position with marketing experience preferred
· Detail-oriented team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
· Ability to learn new software
· Ability to proofread documents for accuracy.
· Possess high attention to detail
· Present a neat, clean, and professional appearance
· Needs to be dependable and a self-starter
· Interacts professionally and effectively with others
· Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Involves light physical activity, performing non-strenuous daily activities of a primarily administrative nature
· Constantly involves sitting, using hands and fingers, talking, and hearing
· Frequently involves standing and walking
· Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, and twisting
· Occasional reaching and use of ladders, stools, and stairs
· Occasional lifting, pushing and pulling up to 50 pounds
· Occasionally required to travel
