Administrative Assistant - MasTec Network Solutions

At MasTec Network Solutions, an Administrative Assistant must have the ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support. A successful Administrative Assistant must be resourceful, a good problem solver and very organized. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure all daily tasks and deadlines are met and work is completed correctly 
•  Organize and schedule appointments and calendar
• Act as a liaison for internal and external clients
• Plan meetings and take details minutes
• Submit and reconcile expense reports
• Book travel arrangements
• Provide general office support
• Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate
• Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items
• Respond to questions and requests for information
• Answer and direct incoming and outgoing phone calls
• Develop and maintain an organized filing system
• Strong Excel Skills are a plus
• Set up jobs and data entry into the system P2
• Enter and review revenue on a daily basis for reporting and     accuracy
• 1+ years of experience related to billing preferred
• Experience in P2 is a plus

• You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn custom software
