Client Overview:
Atrium Staffing is partnering with a corporate services company on an Administrative Assistant search.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$18/hr
Position Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will serve as the primary contact for all office responsibilities including receptionist, administration, logistics, and executive support.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
- Serving as the central point of contact for all outside vendors
- Providing office support services
- Managing and maintaining a professional front desk and reception area while welcoming and directing visitors
- Organizing receipts and processing expense reports for the Sales and Marketing teams
- Distributing mail to employees
- Maintaining records of incoming packages and mail
- Managing shipping and receiving of supplies/inventory
- Sending out weekly inventory reports to Sales and Marketing teams
- Conference room and meeting setup
- Answer phones and direct callers
Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant:
- 3+ years of experience as an Office Assistant, Administrator, or Manager
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer service skills
Education Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required
