Bombergers Store - Immediate Power Equipment Administrative Assistant Needed

Bombergers Store is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our Power Equipment team. As an Administrative Assistant at Bombergers, you will have the opportunity to work in a time-sensitive and fast-paced environment, learning valuable skills along the way. Responsibilities:

• Assist with general office tasks and administrative duties (answer phones, assist customers on the floor and back dock)
• Manage and organize paperwork and documents-create work orders for shop equipment
• Accept payment for completed equipment repairs
• Provide excellent customer support and service

Requirements:

• Strong organizational, customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous administrative experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Evening and Saturday Availability-three evenings per week and two Saturdays per month (approximately 12-20 hours weekly)
