About the Role:
Inspire Dance Complex is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant Intern to join our team! If you’re someone who loves learning, has a fun and uplifting spirit, and is eager to dive into the business side of the dance world, this opportunity is for you. You’ll gain hands-on experience in the logistics and operations of running a dynamic and growing dance studio while working closely with our CEO/Owner on exciting projects and initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
- Learn the ins and outs of studio management, from processing enrollments to scheduling and CRM management.
- Work alongside the CEO on marketing strategies, sponsorship development, and exploring new growth opportunities.
- Assist with community outreach efforts to build strong relationships and promote our studio’s mission.
- Support the development and organization of studio logistics and day-to-day operations.
- Help brainstorm and execute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and studio events.
- Gain valuable experience in managing the backend of a thriving dance studio.
