About the Job
Our client, a school in Lincoln, Massachusetts is looking for an in-person Middle School Campus Administrator. The role involves providing administrative support to the Middle School Head, faculty, and staff, as well as coordinating campus logistics and events. Key responsibilities include managing attendance, calendars, room reservations, mail distribution, supply orders, and parent-teacher conference scheduling. Additional tasks include communicating with parents, coordinating student transportation for school-sponsored events, and liaising with facilities staff for maintenance. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Google applications, and a clean driving record. Flexibility, attention to detail, and prior school administrative experience are preferred. This role is from 8am-4pm and pays $22 an hour.
