Job purpose
The Licensing Support - Administrative Support at Mutual of Omaha Mortgage helps support our Licensing team by completing a variety of data entry and administrative tasks
Duties and responsibilities:
- User reports form the NMLS system to track license renewal activity
- Assist Loan Originators with use of NMLS System to renew Licenses
- Assist Licensing Manager with license renewal and other licensing related tasks.
- Process incoming Licensing Department mail
- Data entry into several system
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma Required, College preferred
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Exceptional Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Highly Self-Motivated and proactive
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office products
