Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Level II)
Location: Onsite, 1 Financial PLZ, Providence, RI (Onsite )
Contract Start Date: 3/25/2024
Timings: M-F 8:30AM 5:00 PM
Contract Length: 2 months starting with an opportunity for extension or conversion
(based on performance, attendance and business need)
Pay Rate: $18.31/hr Weekly Pay + *Benefits options available including medical, dental, and vision
The position with Private Bank Fiduciary Tax Services provides the opportunity to work in support of our long standing and successful tax office providing fiduciary tax reporting. Team members interact and work closely with Tax Officers and Spec Fiduciary Admin on notices/correspondences, refunds and payments for accounts assigned to the FTS Tax Team. This position also provides the experience of coordinating service fulfillment within a tax reporting environment.
Responsibilities
Responsible for specific administrative duties, such as identifying account number/name for notices, refunds, return mail and correspondences.
Processing check requests, refund deposits, upload documents to data management systems, writing routine letters/e-mails.
Other tasks as required to administer accounts and serve client needs.
May be asked to participate in projects, prepare reports and conduct research.
The associate is supervised and supported Tax Team Leadership and other Specialized Fiduciary Administrators.
Skills:
Strong organizational skills
Attention to detail
Effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft word, Outlook, etc
Proficiency in administrative tasks
Client service orientation
Education:
College, Business School or equivalent experience helpful. Non-licensed associate.
