Responsibilities:
- The position with Private Bank Fiduciary Tax Services provides the opportunity to work in support of our long standing and successful tax office providing fiduciary tax reporting. Team members interact and work closely with Tax Officers and Spec Fiduciary Admin on notices/correspondences, refunds and payments for accounts assigned to the FTS Tax Team. This position also provides the experience of coordinating service fulfillment within a tax reporting environment.
- Responsible for specific administrative duties, such as identifying account number/name for notices, refunds, return mail and correspondences, processing check requests, refund deposits, upload documents to data management systems, writing routine letters/e-mails and other tasks as required to administer accounts and serve client needs. May be asked to participate in projects, prepare reports and conduct research. The associate is supervised and supported Tax Team Leadership and other Specialized Fiduciary Administrators.
Requirements
- College, Business School or equivalent experience helpful. Non-licensed associate.
- Organizational skills; proficient with Excel; customer service focused.
