About the Job
Our client, a leading law firm based in Bergen County, has an immediate need for an experienced Administrative Assistant, to join our winning team in Fort Lee.
Our candidate of choice will provide administrative support and assist in daily office operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide executive administrative support to management and staff
- Conduct proofreading and editing tasks for various documents
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and requests
- Assist in office management duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining office organization
- Manage incoming calls with professionalism and proper phone etiquette
- Coordinate and manage calendars for appointments, meetings, and events
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist in event planning and coordination
- Proficient in using Google Suite for various office tasks
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in administrative roles is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
