A premier law firm located in downtown Boston is seeking an Administrative Floater to join its dynamic team. As the firm continues to grow, this role offers a unique opportunity to engage with various practice areas and provide essential support across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, with the potential to secure a position within a specific practice area.
This is a permanent opportunity that will pay up to $85k on a base depending on experience. On-site presence is required 5 days/week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to multiple teams within the firm.
- Prepare conference rooms for meetings.
- Coordinate with office administrators and paralegals to execute administrative tasks.
- Assist with filing, faxing, wire transfers, email correspondence, ordering supplies, and managing schedules.
- Perform other office-related duties as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with at least 1 year of administrative experience.
- Prior experience in a law firm or consulting services is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
