About the Job
A small specialized recruiting firm located in Laguna Hills is seeking a versatile Administrative Assistant . This individual will provide support to the Director of Operations for a variety of administrative functions. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills, someone good with numbers, working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, sharp attention to detail, a background in accounting is a big plus. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position and the pay is $24-$26/hour to start, based on experience.

- Providing clerical support utilizing MS Office software
- Data Entry
- Payroll and Billing Support
- Keeping Database up to date and accurate
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
- Attention to detail
- Good software skills, ability to type 45 WPM+
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Good with numbers, accounting experience a big plus
- Experience working on QuickBooks or Bullhorn Software a big plus
- Bachelor';s degree preferred
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $24.00 - $26.00 Per Hour
