PacArtic LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is looking for a highly qualified, experienced, and self-motivated individual with a Secret Clearance to perform the duties of an Administrative Assistant- Junior to support PAC and our customer in Arlington, VA

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Assists AUD manage all aspects of day-to-day office administration function.
Interfaces, coordinates, negotiates, responds, and resolves problems with AUD managers.
Assists AUD managers resolve personnel matters.
Assists the AUD managers with scheduling interviews, appointments, and meetings.
Maintains administrative documentation (i.e., timekeeping, time-off awards, compensatory time off for travel records, etc.) in varying systems and formats.
Processes and updates time and attendance data in the Time and Attendance Telecommunications Line system, the Department’s time and attendance tracking system.
Processes and updates data, timely and accurately, in various databases.
Compiles and analyzes data and other information and generates reports.
Maintains Microsoft Office Excel spreadsheets, as needed.
Analyzes operational requirements and make recommendations for improvement.
Performs and/or leads various administrative support duties, special projects, and assignments.
Attends meetings and prepares meeting notes and briefing materials.
Moves light office furniture and equipment.
Escorts visitors as required by OIG.
Provides excellent customer service and multi-tasks.
Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
A candidate for the Administrative Assistant (Junior) position must have 2 – 3+ years of experience
Managing a wide variety of situations and conflicts involving the clerical or administrative functions of the office both critical and routine.
Interpreting and adapting guidelines, including unwritten policies, precedents, and practices, which are not always completely applicable to changing situations.
Preparing special or one-time reports, summaries, or replies to inquiries, selecting relevant information from a variety of sources such as reports, documents, correspondence, and other offices.
Determining the approach or action to take in non-routine situations.
Performing normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; interviewing callers and making proper referrals; arranging meetings and conferences; and receiving, referring, or answering mail.
Multi-tasking and prioritize urgent tasks.
Analyzing and evaluate organizational operations.
Making oral and written presentations.
Working well with others in a team environment.
Using the Microsoft Office Suite, including converting Microsoft Office-based documents into Adobe PDF documents.
Collecting, organizing, analyzing, processing, and disseminating data and/or information.
Candidate for this position must also have:
High school diploma or General Educational Development equivalent certificate is required.
A strong attention to detail and precision in reporting data and information.
Secret Clearance required.
Working Environment & Conditions
This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.
The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
