Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Under general supervision, provides administrative support to the Student Life department. Assist in facilitating office operations as well as assisting with confidential personnel and student concerns.
Qualifications:
- Education
- High school diploma required.
- Associates Degree preferred.
- Experience
- Two (2) years administrative assistant experience required.
- Ability to prioritize, focus attention, and problem solve required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required.
- Experience maintaining a high degree of confidentiality required.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office Suite required.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Work tends to be interrupted by high volume of student/faculty/community walk-ins and phone calls.
- This position requires a background check and drug screen.

Hiring Range:
Classified 9 Hourly -$19
