- The Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing front desk reception duties, office administration, and facilities coordination.
- This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and employees while ensuring the office and facilities run smoothly and efficiently.
- The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and able to multitask across several areas, including reception, office logistics, and facilities maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience with office and facility duties
- Administration duties in office and facilities
- 2+ years experience with office administration
- Assisting facility maintenance with administrative tasks
