Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role requires proficiency in various administrative tasks, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in enhancing office efficiency and supporting executive functions.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and team members.
- Manage office files, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Coordinate shipments, shipment tracking and other freight needs
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, maintaining professional phone etiquette at all times.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, mileage and expense review and audits.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members.
- Support office management tasks such as inventory tracking of supplies and equipment maintenance.
- Among other duties as needed
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professional phone etiquette.
- Familiarity with file management systems and office management practices.
- A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Schedule will be Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM
