Located in Sunny Irvine California right off MacArthur Blvd. We are a fast-scaling legal services company that specializes in legal intake for law firms. Scaling faster than predicted, we are in need of an Administrative Assistant/Office Secretary who has experience administrative tasks.
WHAT WE DO
Hundreds of Thousands of people each year suffer from side effects and defective device from pharma companies that withhold information from the public and from physicians, ultimately leaving people with severe near death injuries and even some people losing their loved ones. We are here to make people aware of their potential compensation rights and help them to obtain representation with the mass lawsuits against specific pharma companies.
MTS exists to help generate more business and ultimately cases for mass tort law firms. We are a mass tort marketing company that is sensitive to the needs and challenges of mass tort lawyers nationwide. Our goal is to become an industry leader in this space by generating quality inquiries at great prices and to have our clients see us as a partner rather than a vendor.
WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS POSITION
-High School Diploma or GED
-A real self starter!!!
-Strategic Planning

-Attention to detail
-2 Years of Assistant experience in office, personal, and/or administration
-HR Skills - Posting Job Descriptions, sourcing resumes, scheduling interviews
-Organizational Skills
-Microsoft Office, Excel, and Powerpoint expertise.
-Understanding of MAC computers
-Must have a Drivers License & reliable transportation
-Data Entry experience
-Very Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills
-Knowledge to create clean reports & Logs
-Quick Learner
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING
-Assist CEO, COO, General Manager, Intake Manager, and Quality Assurance Manager w/ various tasks
-Management of all vendors
-Scheduling
-Filing, scanning, labeling, and organizing
-Quality Control of agreements sent from intake team
-Mailing out agreements to folks who are unable to electronically sign contracts.
-Retrieving mail from mail room, scanning documents and mailing to designated attorneys offices.
-Ensuring fridge and cabinets are stocked with food/drinks at all times.
-Ordering drinks/snacks when running low; inventory Management
-Recruiting; Posting Job Descriptions, sourcing resumes, scheduling interviews
-Setting up conference room before meetings
-Keeping Office Tidy and Clean throughout day (Office, Kitchen, Storage Room, Conference Room)
-Keeping Fridge and Cabinets full of Drinks & Snacks-Coffee
-Handle Ordering/Inventory to keep snacks and drinks full/Amazon
-Assisting Upper Management with Reports
