- Manage correspondence and communication with clients and partners.
- Maintain organized records of bookings and client documentation.
- Provide administrative support to travel advisors, including handling travel-related inquiries.
- Coordinate office activities to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in the travel industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and travel booking systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
