Position Highlights:
- Position: Administrative Assistant III
- Location: Skokie, IL
- Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
- Hours: Monday-Friday, hours require some level of flexibility anywhere between 7am-5:30pm. This is a 40 hour per week position but some days will require an early morning meeting or a late evening meeting and the individual will adjust their schedule as needed to stay within the 40 hours.
- Required Travel: Limited travel
- Calendar management for Chairman of Orthopaedics and SVP of Orthopaedics as well as help with administrative needs for the department
- Schedule meetings
- Compose and send memos
- Pay invoices, submit items for reimbursement
- Take notes at department meetings
- Education: Bachelors preferred
- Certification: n/a
- Experience: preferred administrative assistant background
- Unique or Preferred Skills: Microsoft applications, outlook, virtual meeting platform experience
