Responsibilities
+ Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports Senior Division Chief and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Qualifications
+ Education / Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
+ High School Diploma
+ Associates Degree in Administrative Support (Preferred)
+ Experience:
+ Five years of administrative support experience.
+ Previous experience in records management.
+ Skills & Technology Used:
+ Must possess basic information technology skills. Be able to perform basic functions of a PC.
+ Master at time management for self and when constructing Division Chief’s schedule.
+ Must display interpersonal skills.
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
+ Excellent communications and writing skills, meticulous attention to detail, ability to meet time sensitive deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks.
