Job Title: Administrative Assistant 3
Contract Duration: Tentative start date: Dec 2, 2024 through Jun 30, 2025 (Assignment extensions occur quarterly. The selected candidate has the potential to stay in the role for up to 18 months.)
Pay: $33.25/hr
Onsite/Remote/Hybrid (if onsite/hybrid please give city/town name): In Office, 5 days/onsite, Redmond, WA
Must Haves: The role requires 5 overall years of experience in the field

· Minimum 3 years experience with calendar management.
· Minimum 1-3 years experience with Microsoft office suite- Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams.
· Minimum 1+ year(s) experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training).
Preferred:
The ideal resume would be someone with previous military experience, calendar management experience, strong tenure in past roles, and strong organizational skills. Prior enterprise experience highly preferred.
Job Description:
Performs a variety of complex administrative functions primarily for an individual manager and secondarily for a group. Manages schedule(s); coordinates travel arrangements; coordinates meetings and events; coordinates department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations; completes special projects as assigned. This person will need to be onsite in Redmond, WA
Key responsibilities:
Provide calendar management for up to two managers’ calendar.
Provide team support (including some headcount management, budget, morale events, and alias management), for a team of 100 Engineers, Product Managers, Art and Design
Morale event planning, catering orders, and hardware refresh.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and basic administration work.
1+ year(s) experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training).
Ability to meet company, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:?Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
This position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services governed by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Due to contractual limitations and ITAR obligations associated with this role, U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, or protected person status under 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3) is required.
Typical Day in the Role:
· Purpose of the Team: The team is responsible for creating experiences that customers experience on their devices, In example: Hololens.
· Key projects: This role will be responsible for Assisting with calendar management for 2 employee calendars
· Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 70-80% managing 2 calendars and requests that come in for events and demos and 20% other administrative duties that come up.
