Administrative Assistant II / Hybrid from SF or Sacramento
Job Description:
Redact confidential information from electronic files.
Move various scanned documents concerning the licensing of interpreters to other electronic files and folders, and redact confidential information as needed.
Organize the program's main network folder and its various subfolders.
Move e-mailed applications for continuing education credit from a multi-user e-mail account to electronic files and folders.
Provide administrative support to the continuing education application process.
Assist with scheduling informal working group meetings and other meetings as requested.
Participate in video conference meetings as requested.
Provide other admin. support as needed.
Education:
Associate's Degree and 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Preferred Skills:
Basic administrative functions such as typing, data entry, scheduling meetings, organizing e-mail in boxes, scanning paper files, and organizing electronic folders and files. Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and file networks. Ability to demonstrate organizational, interpersonal and professional skills. Ability to determine the nature of situations, act resourcefully and quickly to resolve issues. Ability to work independently balanced with the ability to consult with the supervisor and team members when additional guidance is needed. Ability to maintain the confidentiality of confidential information and abide by the organization's requirements concerning the handling of this information.
