Job Summary:
The front office is responsible for greeting guests and notifying faculty and staff of their arrival, answering phone calls, managing email correspondence, assisting with in-house meetings for faculty and staff, providing administrative support for faculty and staff, and working with student staff as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests and notify faculty and staff of their arrival
• Answer phone calls and manage email correspondence
• Assist with in-house meetings for faculty and staff
• Provide administrative support for faculty and staff
• Work with student staff as needed
Required Qualifications:
• Administrative and receptionist-related experience
• Reliability and a great attitude
• Exceptional guest service skills
Please note this is a contract position expected to last around 5 months.
