Job Duties:
**Administration**
- School of Architecture is looking to place an Administrative Assistant for their front office
- Provides a range of administrative services within the Dean’s Office.
- Assists the Dean’s Executive Assistant with office management, including greeting visitors, managing calls, and making reservations for the Deans and Vice Deans.
- Supports senior leaders with calendaring, travel arrangements, and meeting management.
- Manages space and room reservations, academic classroom support, and temporary administrative support for other units.
- Oversees basic budgets and financial processes, including purchases and reimbursements.
- Handles general office operations, including mail management, ordering supplies, and troubleshooting facilities issues.
- Assists in onboarding and scheduling student workers.
**Events & Activities**
- Assists in organizing both in-person and virtual events, coordinating all aspects to ensure smooth execution.
- Manages vendor coordination, logistics, and real-time event coordination.
- Handles arrangements for parking, refreshments, lodging, and event materials.

- Responds to inquiries and requests, serving as an internal resource to administrators, faculty, staff, and students.
