School of Architecture is looking to place anAdministrative Assistant for their front office
Provides a range of administrative services within theDeans Office.
Assists the Deans Executive Assistant with officemanagement, including greeting visitors, managing calls, and makingreservations for the Deans and Vice Deans.
Supports senior leaders with calendaring, travel arrangements,and meeting management.
Manages space and room reservations, academic classroomsupport, and temporary administrative support for other units.
Oversees basic budgets and financial processes, includingpurchases and reimbursements.
Handles general office operations, including mailmanagement, ordering supplies, and troubleshooting facilities issues.
Assists in onboarding and scheduling student workers.
Events & Activities
Assists in organizing both in-person and virtual events,coordinating all aspects to ensure smooth execution.
Manages vendor coordination, logistics, and real-timeevent coordination.
Handles arrangements for parking, refreshments, lodging,and event materials.
Supports event coordination for other units as needed.
**Communications**
Responds to inquiries and requests, serving as aninternal resource to administrators, faculty, staff, and students.
Composes and produces business correspondence andreports.
Ensures confidentiality and controls sensitiveinformation.
