We are currently searching for a talented Administrative Assistant to join and grow with our Administration team!

At SEH, our Administrative team is involved in a wide variety of support functions to ensure the company’s daily operations are on task and running smoothly. This group is key to providing organizational support to leadership as they manage their teams in maintaining operational goals and driving sustainable growth. As a part of this team, your ability to assess and prioritize information, be deadline driven and flexible will positively impact the overall success of the organization.

This Opportunity:

• Support: Provide high-level administrative support to engineering team members and corporate leadership.
• Project Coordination: Assist with project coordination by organizing meeting, preparing agendas, and compiling project documentation.
• Document Management: Organize, prepare and maintain engineering documents, reports, spreadsheets, and files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for team members. Maintain confidentiality as may be required.
• Administrative Support: Provide backup to general administrative support, including answering phone calls, managing email correspondence, and handling other administrative tasks as needed.

Essential Qualifications:

• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, with a commitment to producing high quality work.
• Problem Solving Skills: Proactive and resourceful approach to problem solving, with the ability to resolve issues independently.
• Proficiency in Office Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Proactive Attitude: Proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative to address them.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a corporate or engineering environment.

Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $20 and $27 per hour based on skill set and experience.
