Must Haves: The role requires 4-5 overall years of experience in the field.

1. Minimum 4+ years experience with Complex calendar support in Outlook
2. Minimum 4+ years experience with Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)

Job Description:
Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners. Manages calendar(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes expenses. Coordinates meetings and events, team discretionary operations, personnel operations, and facility operations. Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships. Provides general office support. Serves as the team on-site contact. Completes special projects as assigned.
Typical Day in the Role: • Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is supporting the cloud data analytics team. There are around 900 members of the full team, and this position will help support two teams, one with 50 members and another with 450 members.
• Key projects: This role will contribute to calendar support for a partner level manager that is heavily involved in customer support and has a complex calendar that will require speedy changes. The role will also help with onsite team support for around 500 members, space management, travel support, and event coordination.
• There will not be much travel booking required, but knowledge of the international Visa process would be a big plus.
• The role will also help with some infrequent event management and coordination – largely employee morale events.
• Advanced excel skills are required for the role including pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, formulas, etc.
• Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 50% calendaring and 50% team support. There will only be a handful of weekly meetings with admin team. Team support will consist of hardware help and various hands-on work requiring good follow up skills and being very detail oriented.
