Administrative Assistant I - Real Property Services - Part-time Temporary - San Luis Obispo County, CA

The Temporary Assistant Real Property Agent position would assist with the following:

• Rental payments and critical contract dates.
• Accounts receivable/payable.
• Budget support for real property.
• Update real property inventory system database.
• Permits for temporary use/access of county real property.
• File management and abstracts.
• Support required yearly reporting.
• Insurance and bond compliance and tracking.
• Assist with special projects.  

Administrative Assistant I: Incumbents, under supervision, are expected to perform all of the above; plus: work with more independence, demonstrate increasing levels of job knowledge and responsibility; assume responsibility for complex or technical functions within their assigned unit; exercise initiative and independent judgment in applying laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures.

Effective July 1, 2024, the compensation for this position will increase by 2.50%.  This is a bargained across the board increase for this job classification.
