ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT I (PART TIME) – The City of Monroe Fire Department is seeking an administrative assistant to perform intermediate work performing a variety of complex office assistance and administrative tasks; does related work as required. Work is performed under moderate supervision. Essential task include receiving, screening, and processing telephone calls; typing, word processing, and data processing duties; maintaining records and files; preparing reports. Requires any combination of education and experience equivalent to High School/GED supplemented by course work in business administration and moderate office assistance experience. Salary is $18.11 an hour.
