- Responsible for supporting the Inflight Training Operations in an administrative capacity by ensuring instructors/evaluators and students have the necessary tools to deliver a quality program.
- This job is a member of the Inflight Team within the Customer Experience Division.
What you'll do

- Supports all training including Initial and Recurrent Flight Attendant training
- Creates and maintains training aids for all training programs
- Responsible for initial set up of classrooms
- Prepares and delivers training aids for each class
- Orders supplies and printed materials for all Flight Service Training classes
- Maintains the Inventory Management System (IMS)
- Performs ad hoc projects as assigned by direct supervisor
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays and days-off

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- High School diploma or GED equivalency
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Knowledge of SharePoint, Workbrain, COUPA
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Ability to handle shifting priorities with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to perform all safety and customer service functions subject to individualized assessment
- Service oriented approach to all tasks
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Independent decision making and logical thinking skills
