Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process documents according to work instructions
• Participate and coordinate in projects to improve processes and functions
• Provide general administrative support, including preparing communications and maintaining schedules
• Perform office functions like setting up and maintaining files, arranging meetings and conferences, and gathering and reporting information
• Administer interdepartmental programs or processes
• Coordinate travel and submit expenses

Qualifications - Internal:

Must Have:

• High School Diploma or GED

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Effective communication skills for resolving issues and answering questions
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to exercise independent judgment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
