Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in an advanced administrative support role, preferably in a creative environment with senior leaders.
- Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Composure: Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle tasks with a sense of urgency.
- Multi-tasking: Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively, including adapting to changing priorities.
