Responsibilities:
- Manageand performall administrative office tasks
- Ensureaccuracy and auditpayroll
- Run accurate and timely reports
- Resolvepay issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Responsible for ordering and maintaining office supplies and other materials
- Maintainand auditemployee records
- Serveas point of contract for questions and assistance in office
- Assistwith special projects and additional duties as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant administrative experience
- Payroll experience a plus
- Ability to work 5 days onsite (9am-5pm)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Excellent customer service skills
