Administrative Assistant - Ultimate Staffing Services

A client of ours in Jersey Village is looking for Administrative Assistants who can help with a project in their AR department. This is a long-term temporary position. However, this client has a history of converting ambassadors to permanent positions.

Duties

• Calling customers to verify information on their accounts
• Data Entry
• Answers and screens incoming telephone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel for handling.
• Prepares, coordinate and distribute reports as needed.
• Perform general office duties including faxing, making copies, or filing
• Provide backup administrative support to other departmental personnel.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative support work experience in a business or corporate environment.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload.
• A high level of verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point and other Microsoft applications.
• Bilingual is a plus!
