The Administrative Assistant will assist in various administrative duties, including scheduling, communication, data entry, and document management. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- General Administrative Support: Perform routine administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing office supplies.
- Scheduling and Calendar Management: Organize and maintain appointments, meetings, and events for executives or departments.
- Data Entry and Document Management: Prepare, file, and manage documents, both physical and digital. Maintain records and ensure files are up to date and organized.
- Correspondence: Draft, proofread, and edit emails, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Customer Service: Provide a friendly and professional experience for clients, visitors, and employees.
- Office Organization: Ensure the office environment is tidy and well-organized, coordinating with other departments for facility needs.
- Travel Arrangements: Assist with booking travel accommodations and scheduling travel itineraries.
- Other Duties: Assist with special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher in business administration, office management, or related field preferred.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
