Administrative Assistant - Clayton Services

Clayton Services is searching for an Administrative Assistant to join a thriving company in the Galleria area. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing the front desk, and offering general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00/hour

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
• Manage the front desk area, including handling incoming calls and redirecting them as necessary.
• Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as per the team's requirements.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages and manage courier services.
• Assist in coordinating office events.
• Order, organize, and maintain office supplies and equipment.
• Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense tracking and invoice processing.

Administrative Assistant Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.

Administrative Assistant Education and Experience:

• 2 - 4 years of experience as an administrative assistant or secretary.
• Oil and gas experience is highly preferred.
