As an Administrative Assistant, you will:
- Provide direct support to a manager, executive, or department.
- Coordinate and manage complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Schedule and maintain calendars for meetings, appointments, and events.
- Prepare and process expense reports with accuracy and efficiency.
- Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and databases.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Candidate must have 2+ years of administrative experience
