Job Summary





Summary: The Food & Beverage Administrator will provide foundational support to the CMNH and GLSC team through ensuring proper office organization, and administrative maintenance.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


Completes administrative tasks as assigned by the Director of Operations.


* Occasional Management of banquet events and concession activations.


* Works with the Executive Chef, Director of Banquets, and Sales Team to develop service plans for all banquet events.


* Forecasts staffing needs and schedules staff for concession operations and banquet events.


Organization of banquet and concession storage areas and tracking of product needs to operate F&B outlets and activations effectively.


* Accurate daily reporting of financial and operational issues within banquet events and concession activations.
