About the Job
Job Duties:
- Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
- Schedule and track meetings and appointments, and book flights and travel arrangements
- Maintain vendor contracts and relations, and facilitation of all office functions and services
- Processing billing by preparing and sending invoices; maintain databases; track accounts; and assist in copying and distributing internal documents as requested
- Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel and other data
- Update spreadsheets used by accounting, production, and field services as requested
- Processing management requests for POs, Invoices, Budgets…
- Processing employee expense reports and reimbursement requests in a timely manner.
- Assists with other duties as requested.
Salary
18 - 20 /hour
