Adminstrative Assistant - Part Time
Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for working collaboratively with the Executive Director and other departments inassisting with the office and clerical needs for the staff at Britelife Recovery. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant facilitates and maintains effective communication with clients, vendors, outside agencies and Britelife Recovery staff.

Essential Functions:

Serves as administrative contact for staff, vendors, and outside agencies.
Performs bookkeeping duties as necessary.
Forwards invoices for timely processing.
Prepares, processes, and files documents.
Maintains office supplies and inventories.
Runs and creates reports as necessary.
Maintains confidentiality of all information.
Special Projects as needed.

Non- Essential Functions:
Performs other duties as assigned.
ProfessionalRequirements:
Complete annual education requirements.
