We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to support our client's operations. The selected candidate will work onsite in a casual environment, providing essential administrative and logistical support to managers and staff.The environment is casual, and the candidate will collaborate with other staff and managers.
salary: $19 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
+ Answering phones, managing correspondence, and performing general office duties such as filing, faxing, and copying.
+ Composing letters, memos, and written reports.
+ Scheduling and coordinating meetings.
+ Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records.
+ Interacting with associates, customers, and suppliers.
+ Providing clerical support to management.
+ Coordinating logistics services, including transportation arrangements and hotel bookings.
