MUST:
Experienced Administrative Assistant
2+ years in a medical office setting
Experience in a hospital setting is preferred
Experience in a high-volume practice
MUST be able to coordinate meetings, conferences, etc.
MUST be able to multi-task
Microsoft Office experience is a MUST
Executive support level experience is strongly preferred
Minimum of Associates Degree required
DUTIES:
Responsible for managing physician correspondence
Direct all nonmedical requests and visitors
Responsible for reviewing and sorting physician correspondence
Receives and transcribes dictation on technical and confidential matters from the physician
Provides correspondence and logistical support for members of the administrative team
Organizes programs, meetings and conferences providing all necessary correspondence and budget information
Responsible for running errands and performing tasks as assigned
Recommends and implements approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency and effectiveness of function and services performed
Other duties as assigned
