We are in search for an Administrative Assistant for our Adult Daycare:

• Answering phones, greeting & answering patients
• Scheduling medical and dental appointments for patients
• Transportation arrangement for patients
• Basic office work
  • faxing, scanning, data entry
  • Obtain, update and maintain all patient information.
• Some billing

• Bilingual (Korean, English)
