Due to our continuous growth, we're expanding the team yet again and are seeking to add a part-time Administrative Assistant to our team this year.
What You'll Do
We are looking for an experienced part time administrative professional that loves all things business operations, communications, and project management, and who understands the intricacies of small business. This role will ramp up to average 10-15 hours per week (but could be more or less). You may be involved in tasks that include the following:
- Reconciling accounts and entering expenses into accounting software
- Assisting with internal team communications and coordinating logistics and materials for virtual and in-person team meetings and other firm events
- Preparing internal meeting agendas, taking detailed minutes, and following up on action items
- Serving as the subject matter expert and providing guidance to internal associates and clients on usage of our tools and technology
- Setting up our new client accounts in various programs including our project management system, invoicing system, etc.
- Creating engaging, targeted content for and managing social media accounts
- Publishing monthly blog posts and quarterly newsletters
- Assisting HR Consultants with client projects
- Tracking and registering President and associates for training and events
- Assisting in organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Proofreading and editing documents and assisting in the preparation of reports, agendas, and other documents
- Maintaining and updating client and project databases
- Ordering gifts, office supplies, CPG swag, etc.
What You'll Bring
- At least two (2) years of office and/or executive administration experience in a small business environment.
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience and proficiency in marketing including social media management, content creation and scheduling, engagement strategies, and blog writing to produce engaging and search engine optimized-friendly content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite products.
- Passion to serve others, anticipate needs and proactively see around corners.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills in a remote work environment, Your ability to juggle and prioritize tasks effectively is impressive.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for accuracy
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
