Administrative Assistant - German Speaker - The Boston Consulting Group

In 2024 a new BCG hub will open in Lisbon. The hub will be a dynamic and collaborative environment bringing together a diverse range of Business Services Teams serving our BCG colleagues across the region and beyond. We are looking for a driven Administrative Assistant (AA) who can work with limited direction to provide administrative support from this new hub. Although you will need to be a master of tasks, we need critical thinkers and problem solvers. We expect you to go beyond transactional support. Your role and day-to-day experience will vary depending on the tenure of the stakeholders you support.

Administrative Assistants are an essential part of our local offices and BCG fabric. As an AA in our newly established Lisbon Hub office, you will have a unique experience in a “start-up” setting within a 30,000+ employee firm. This is an exciting opportunity to take on more responsibility, wear many hats, and shape the culture and team for the new office. A successful AA has a “can do” mentality, is flexible, and is eager to build strong connections across teams as our office footprint grows.
