About the Job
Volt is immediately hiring for Administrative Assistant in Fullerton, CA.
As a Administrative Assistant you will:
- Assist with various administrative tasks
- Verify and enter data accurately
- Handle light accounts payable and receivable tasks using ADP for payroll
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial recordkeeping
- Use JOBOSS time clock software for tracking employee hours
- Aid in the light packaging of parts
- Manage the receiving of parts and related administrative duties
This is a part-time opportunity Monday - Friday 9am - 2:00pm (flexible, but 5-6 hours).
The ideal candidate will have Mandatory Skills:
- Experience with QuickBooks and JOBOSS time clock software
- Familiarity with ADP payroll systems. Plus, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
Pay Rate: $20.00 to $ 25.00 per hour
