Administrative Assistant/ Front of Office - PrideStaff

If you are looking for a company that has an amazing company culture this is it! Our client near Daniais looking for an energetic Administrative Assistant who is bilingual English /Spanish to join their team. You must be available to work from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday-Friday (no exception).

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers when they visit and offer them a veberage.
• Assistance in scanning and digitalizing documents, receipts, etc.
• Pick up the phones, transfer calls and / or take down messages
• Assistance with filing folders, documents, etc.
• Assistance with generating quotes
• Create / Organize documents by using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe and Dropbox
• Provide assistance to team members as needed

Must Haves:

• Must haveproper phone etiquette- pleasant/professional demeanor.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English & Spanish
• Professional Interpersonal skills
• Must dress in a professional manner and exhibit proper business etiquette
• Must be organized
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
• Self-starter / anticipate needs
• Multi-tasking skills
• Prioritize action items; follow through on completion of work
• Highly motivated, energetic and resourceful
• Work well with a dynamic team of people / team player
• Follow company policy andprocedures

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $20.00
