Are you looking for a Short Term, 4 month Contract, Administrative Assistant/Front Desk support role? Are you good with providing in-person Customer Service? Are you good with following steps in an established process in order to maintain proven efficiencies? Are you detail-oriented? Are you good with remaining focused/engaged? THE RIGHT STAFF is seeking a Administrative Assistant/Front Desk for an accounting firm in Roseville, MN to help them get through their 2025 tax season.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Greet, welcome and direct Clients appropriately (approximately 2 every hour)
• Consistently follow the steps in their established process for efficiencies
• Organize, scan and process documents
• Prepare documentation for client meetings
• Perform clerical and administrative duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clerical setting
• Comfortable with Google/Internet, iPad and computer
• Proficient in MS Office products
• High attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Works well under pressure
• Excellent time management skills
• Works well as a team
• Excellent communication skills
JOB DETAILS:
• Full-Time, 4 Month Contract (January 6, 2025 - April 30, 2025)
• On-Site, Roseville, MN
• Monday - Friday, 8:30 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
• $20-$22/hr.
